Call for proposals: Writing, Listening, Playing, and Exhibiting Theatre History
Questions, Performances and Debates
The Revue d’Histoire du théâtre celebrates its 70th birthday in 2018. On this occasion, the Société d’Histoire du Théâtre will convene a three-day colloquium punctuated by meetings and artistic performances. This event aims to be a privileged framework for meetings, debates and transdisciplinary experimentations. The speakers will discuss the ways in which theatre history is developed and written. These ‘questions’ will take multiple forms – articles, lectures, artistic proposals, archival exhibitions – gathered around three major themes:
- Day 1: Writing Theatre History
- Day 2: Radio Shows Broadcasting Theatre History
- Day 3: Museums Displaying Theatre History
